“Michael trained with a regional firm before qualifying as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1989. After subsequently working for two years at the Ipswich office of a national firm, he joined Ballams Chartered Accountants in 1992 and became a partner in 1999. Although a general practitioner, Michael took on the role of Senior Statutory Auditor within the firm and has headed up the Corporate Services Team for more than twenty years.
Following the merger of Ballams with Knights Lowe in 2023, Michael has continued his role of providing audit, accounting and taxation services to his varied client portfolio. He has experience of many industry sectors and business types, but has particular interest in owner managed businesses, manufacturing, transport and haulage and business start-ups.”
