Charity

We are committed to supporting local charities through our charity of the year work and other local fundraising activities.

Charity of the year

We’re proud to announce that we have chosen St Elizabeth Hospice as our charity of the year for 2026. Our team will be hosting and taking part in a range of events throughout the year to support patients and their families across east and mid-Suffolk, Great Yarmouth and Waveney.

Knights Lowe in the community

We continue to support the community as all staff get to choose a volunteering day of their choice. In the past we had a team clean up the Norfolk beaches, help on a farm and Christmas help for various charities.

Clean up the Norfolk beaches

In the past some of the Knights Lowe team used their volunteering day to help clean up the beaches along the Norfolk coast.

Christmas volunteering

A number of staff get involved at Christmas time volunteering for local charities. Whether it is delivering presents and food parcels or helping to provide a cooked Christmas lunch for a large number of people in need.

Midnight walk

This year, we were proud to be the headline sponsor for the St Elizabeth Hospice Midnight Walk on 16 May 2026. People from all over dressed up as their favourite superhero and took a step towards better care. All ticket proceeds and donations for Midnight Walk have gone toward supporting St Elizabeth Hospice.

Go Karting Event

We hosted our annual charity go-karting event at Red Lodge Karting in support of St Elizabeth Hospice. It was fantastic to see such a great turnout, with everyone coming together to hit the track for a brilliant cause. A huge congratulations to Garmet Limited for securing 1st place and being crowned this year’s Go-Karting champions!
