We recruit school leavers and graduates every year and offer substantial training to provide both technical and business skills. We are always interested to hear from experienced candidates as we are continuously looking to grow our practice.

Flexi time

We have core working hours of 10-4 each day and our staff are able to amend their working day to start earlier or later to better fit their needs.


Hybrid working

With fully remote systems our staff are able to work from home for a proportion of the week.

Here at Knights Lowe we have a busy social calendar with something for everyone. In recent years we’ve had trips to Newmarket Nights, painting nights in the office and a summer BBQ.

Wellbeing plays a big part in life at Knights Lowe, we are committed to supporting our people and have recently introduced an Employee Assistance Programme offering free advice and counselling to our staff.

Charity events & fundraising

We raised over £3000 for our charity of the year in 2023 and have even bigger plans for 2024. We have annual charity events with our golf and karting days as well as new fundraisers every year.

Paid volunteering day

Every member of staff has the opportunity to take a day off each year to volunteer in the local community. Recently we have helped clean up Norfolk’s beaches and deliver presents for those in need at Christmas.

Kirk Vaughan – Client Services Director

  • 2002 – Joined as AAT school leaver programme
  • 2004 – Passed AAT, started ACCA qualification
  • 2007 – Qualified and promoted to Senior
  • 2011 – Promoted to Manager
  • 2014 – Completed tax exams and promoted to Tax Manager
  • 2018 – Promoted to Client Services Director

Ashleigh Rowlands – Client Manager

  • 2019 – Started at Knights Lowe as a Trainee Accountant (Part Qualified)
  • 2021 – Completed final ACCA exam and promoted to Senior Accountant
  • 2022 – Became a member of ACCA
  • 2023 – Promoted to Client Manager
