We have core working hours of 10-4 each day and our staff are able to amend their working day to start earlier or later to better fit their needs.

Social events
Here at Knights Lowe we have a busy social calendar with something for everyone. In recent years we’ve had trips to Newmarket Nights, painting nights in the office and a summer BBQ.

Wellbeing plays a big part in life at Knights Lowe, we are committed to supporting our people and have recently introduced an Employee Assistance Programme offering free advice and counselling to our staff.
Charity events & fundraising
Over the years we have raised £1,000’s for various charities which our staff have chosen. We continue to support charities, particularly local charities and are constantly looking for ways to raise bigger and better each year. We have annual charity events such as golf day, karting, and pop quiz, plus new fundraisers each year.
Paid volunteering day
Every member of staff has the opportunity to take a day off each year to volunteer in the local community. Recently we have helped clean up Norfolk’s beaches and deliver presents for those in need at Christmas.

- 2002 – Joined as AAT school leaver programme
- 2004 – Passed AAT, started ACCA qualification
- 2007 – Qualified and promoted to Senior
- 2011 – Promoted to Manager
- 2014 – Completed tax exams and promoted to Tax Manager
- 2018 – Promoted to Client Services Director
Ashleigh Rowlands – Client Manager
- 2019 – Started at Knights Lowe as a Trainee Accountant (Part Qualified)
- 2021 – Completed final ACCA exam and promoted to Senior Accountant
- 2022 – Became a member of ACCA
- 2023 – Promoted to Client Manager
George Byrne – Client Portfolio Manager
- 2011 – Joined a small accountancy firm in Newmarket straight from sixth form, as an apprentice studying AAT.
- 2013 – Moved to Stacey & Partners as a Trainee Accountant. Passed final AAT exams and became a member of AAT.
- 2014 – Knights Lowe acquired Stacey & Partners. Started ACCA qualification.
- 2017 – Completed final ACCA exams, became a qualified member of ACCA, and promoted to Senior Accountant.
- 2022 – Became an FCCA after 5 years membership in ACCA and promoted to Assistant Manager.
- 2023 – Promoted to Client Portfolio Manager. Celebrated 10 years working for the firm.

Do you offer training packages?
Each year, we welcome school leavers and graduates, offering comprehensive training that cultivates both technical expertise and business insight.
Our training contracts cover all training costs and study leave for college days. We look for new trainees for September starts, however we do also have trainees start all throughout the year, so if you would like to find out more please email careers@knightslowe.co.uk
