Tracey Finley ACCA (Manager)

Tracey joined Knights Lowe after leaving university in 1997 and went on to qualify in 2001 with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She was promoted to Manager in June 2005. Tracey advises on accountancy and taxation matters for new and expanding family owned businesses, specialising in children's nurseries and property management portfolios.

Tracey enjoys cooking and is most at home in her kitchen with a Jamie Oliver book in one hand and bag of ingredients in the other. She also enjoys spending time in the garden keeping the weeds at bay. Other interests include reading and spending time with friends and family.


Helen Brown FCCA (Manager)

Helen qualified with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and has over 20 years post qualification experience as an accountant. She enjoys managing a portfolio of clients mainly comprising family owned businesses including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. She has a broad range of experience and takes a particular interest in manufacturing companies and agriculture. Helen deals with all aspects of her clients accountancy and taxation affairs.

In her spare time, Helen enjoys the cinema, concerts and walking.


Paul Kerr (Manager)

Paul joined Stacey & Partners in 1977 straight from school and graduated to manager level. He now manages a range of clients from personal tax returns to manufacturing and service companies. He qualified in 1993, but his proudest achievement is becoming a member of Mensa in 1992.

Paul is a keen cyclist and has enjoyed cycling holidays in several European destinations as well as the UK. He is a volunteer ranger for Sustrans (a national charity that promotes sustainable transport) and helps to look after part of the National Cycle Network between Bury St Edmunds and Newmarket. He also plays badminton and snooker regularly.


Sam Byrne ACA (Assistant Manager)

Sam joined Knights Lowe in September 2013 as a trainee and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2016. In December 2017, Sam was promoted to Assistant Manager.

Sam enjoys playing a variety of sports, socialising with friends and watching comedies. He also loves watching football and visiting different football grounds around the country. In his spare time he enjoys keeping fit by going to the gym and swimming.


Ellie Skipper ACCA (Assistant Manager)

Ellie joined Knights Lowe in January 2016. She started her career at a top 10 accountancy firm, qualifying as a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) in 2010. She then moved to a smaller, local firm where she qualified as a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in February 2015. In December 2017, Ellie was promoted to Assistant Manager.

In her free time, Ellie enjoys cooking, reading and socialising with friends and family.


Shelley Clarke ACA (Manager)

Shelley joined Knights Lowe in May 2018 as a Client Manager. After qualifying at AAT level in 2011, Shelley then went on to qualify as a Chartered Accountant in 2013. Shelley has a broad range of experience within general practice and enjoys working with a wide variety of clients.

Shelley spends her spare time out with her horse, be that competing or just going for a ride in Thetford forest.


Jamie Skipper FCCA (Manager)

Jamie joined Knights Lowe in 2018, from one of the big 4 accountancy firms. Jamie Skipper has over 13 years experience providing audit, accountancy and taxation services for some of the largest businesses in East Anglia and London. Jamie’s main focus is on audit and assurance applying the high quality approach demanded of a big 4 firm with the approachability and trusted advice of a local firm.

Areas of specialism: Professional firms (including solicitors, architects, consultants and Limited Liability Partnerships), manufacturing, motor industry, construction, food and agriculture, owner managed businesses and internationally owned companies.

Away from the office, Jamie enjoys all forms of sport, in particular football. Most of his time however is spent chasing around after his young son and taking him to various sporting clubs throughout the weekend!


Harriet Panter FCCA (Manager)

FCCA Qualified Accountant with 14 years’ experience; 6 within a ‘Big Four Firm’, and 8 years’ experience as a general practitioner. Predominantly managing a portfolio of varied clients from Sole Traders to Audited Company's. Dealing with a wide range of areas and expertise including financial reporting, all areas of tax and corporate finance. Particular interests include creative media and brand agencies, new incorporations and clients working in the Motorsport industry.

Harriet can also advise on Cloud Solutions including the atomisation of your internal accounting practices using products such as Xero and Receipt Bank.
