Ian Stammers (Manager)

Ian is responsible for smaller businesses, dealing with sole traders, partnerships and some limited companies.  He also specialises in personal tax cases and personal tax returns under self assessment.

In his spare time Ian likes to watch most sports and play squash.  He also enjoys home DIY and spending time with friends and family.

Alan Blowers FCCA (Manager)

Alan joined Knights Lowe in 1998 and specialises in audit and accountancy for owner-managed companies and audits of regulated clients.  Alan trained with a national firm and qualified as a Certified Accountant.  He has considerable general practice experience.

Alan plays bowls, is a member of Hengrave Bowls Club and Risbygate Indoor Bowls Club, supports Bury Town football, and takes a keen interest in personal finance issues.

Stephen King FCCA (Manager)

Stephen joined the firm in 2000 having gained considerable general practice experience. He is responsible for sole traders, partnerships and smaller limited companies. Stephen qualified as a Certified Accountant in 1997.

In his spare time, Stephen enjoys nothing more than entertaining, or being entertained, by his three children.

Tracey Finley ACCA (Manager)

Tracey joined Knights Lowe after leaving university in 1997 and went on to qualify in 2001 with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).  She was promoted to Manager in June 2005.  Tracey specialises in accountancy and taxation advice for new and expanding family owned businesses.

Tracey enjoys cooking and is most at home in her kitchen with a Jamie Oliver book in one hand and bag of ingredients in the other.  She also enjoys spending time in the garden keeping the weeds at bay.  Other interests include reading and spending time with friends and family.

Faye Howard BA(Hons) ACCA (Manager)

Faye joined Knights Lowe in August 2006 as a certified accountant who specialises in tax and accountancy for owner-managed companies and individuals and she is currently studying for her CTA qualification.

In her spare time, Faye enjoys photography and is also a keen sailor spending many weekends sailing on the East Coast with the occasional longer trip to Holland.  Faye’s ambition is to take part in the next Fastnet race and she would also love to experience sailing in the Southern Ocean, but not for too long as she doesn’t like the cold very much!

Sarah Healey Pearce (Manager)

Sarah originally joined Knights Lowe in 1996 after leaving university and went on to qualify in 2000 as a chartered accountant. She was promoted to Manager in June 2005.  Sarah worked for a corporate finance department at another firm for two years before returning to Knights Lowe in June 2010.  Sarah manages our corporate finance department.

Sarah is a member of Bury Abbey Rotary club and enjoys getting involved in helping to raise funds and provide assistance for local charities. She likes cooking and baking and can often be found at the weekend in her kitchen making yet another batch of biscuits!  When not doing either of these, Sarah enjoys spending time with friends and family and reading.
